About This Role
- Operate independently to maintain alignment to a defined Microsoft 365 strategy and roadmap in a large enterprise environment (2k+ users).
- Provide hands-on support and technical guidance across M365 services including Teams, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, OneDrive, Entra ID, and Purview.
- Act as the go-to technical SME for M365 queries, reviewing solutions to ensure compliance with existing standards, governance, and security controls, while managing issues and escalating only when critical architectural or organization-wide impact decisions arise.
Minimum Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with M365 services: Teams, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, OneDrive, Entra ID (identity, Conditional Access), and working knowledge of Purview (DLP, sensitivity labels).
- Experience working in enterprise M365 environments with 2000+ users preferred.
- Background as a Senior Consultant or Engineer with demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
- Work Type: Onsite in India; Contract duration approximately 6-12 months.
