Minimum Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in IT Technical or Core IT Recruitment.
- Bachelor degree or higher.
- Experience with sourcing platforms like Naukri and LinkedIn.
- Immediate joiners preferred.

- Experience working in fast-paced hiring environments handling technical and infrastructure IT roles.
- Proficient in coordinating with multiple stakeholders including hiring managers and candidates.
