About This Role
- Manage and coordinate multiple projects ranging from low to high complexity, ensuring alignment with product, business, and technology strategies.
- Lead delivery activities including backlog prioritization, risk and dependency management, and stakeholder communication, focusing on delivery health and milestone achievement.
- Implement data-driven process improvements to optimize delivery predictability, workflow efficiency, and ensure engineering quality and release readiness across teams.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5-7 years of experience in project or delivery management roles, supporting technology delivery teams in a large enterprise environment.
- Experience with iterative delivery frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, Lean, or Six Sigma.
- Work Location: Bangalore (Hybrid work mode).
