About This Role
- Manage and monitor branch operational activities ensuring service quality and compliance with audit requirements.
- Oversee daily operational controls including cash, vault, ATM, locker management, end of day reconciliations, and customer service processes.
- Track key service metrics like TAT, FTR, complaints and implement corrective actions; also responsible for training frontline staff and cross-selling financial products.
Minimum Requirements
- 3 to 9 years of experience in branch operations.
- Graduate degree required; banking certifications preferred.
- Preferred certifications: JAIIB or CAIIB.
- Must ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance requirements in branch operations.

- Experienced in operational control and compliance management in banking branch environments.
- Proficient in service quality monitoring and executing root cause analysis for service improvement.
