About This Role
- Lead and own end-to-end development and delivery of EV Energy and Charging software for Volkswagen Group OEM platforms, managing 10-30 engineers.
- Act as technical escalation point and ensure compliance with industry standards such as ASPICE, ISO 26262, and ISO 21434.
- Manage resources, stakeholder collaboration, global coordination, and drive Agile/SAFe processes using JIRA and Confluence.
Minimum Requirements
- 10-16 years total work experience with minimum 5 years in Automotive Embedded Software development.
- Minimum 3 years of people management experience.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation, or Automotive Engineering.
- Proficiency in Embedded C/C++, MATLAB Simulink, AUTOSAR, and experience in Electric Energy Management, Charging Systems, and Automotive Embedded SDLC.

- Experienced in leading automotive embedded software teams in matrixed global organizations focused on EV energy management and charging systems.
- Strong technical expert with hands-on experience in embedded C and automotive communication protocols (CAN/LIN/Ethernet).
- Skilled in program and delivery management for large-scale automotive OEM software projects ensuring quality, compliance, and timely delivery.
