About This Role
- Design, develop, test, and implement Workday integrations across all functional areas using diverse Workday integration tools (EIB, Workday Studio, CCTPP, and others).
- Gather and confirm integration requirements with business users, coordinate with internal IT and external vendors to ensure secure file transfer and proper testing of integrations.
- Build custom reports, dashboards, and business processes; develop design documentation and testing scripts; configure security related to integration development and testing.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years in Workday ecosystem as integrations consultant or integrations developer.
- 3-5 years experience developing Workday integrations, custom reports, XML, XSD, and XSLT transformations.
- Experience with Workday HCM, Benefits, Compensation, Talent, Absence, Time Tracking & Pay modules.
- Workday Integration Certification (past or present) preferred but not mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced with multiple Workday integration tool types and capable of managing multiple development streams simultaneously.
- Skilled at aligning integration requirements across multiple business areas and organizations, demonstrating strong coordination skills.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized with a proven ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple workstreams within project timelines.
