About This Role
- Implement and configure SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Service Management module based on business requirements.
- Lead requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, design business processes, and deliver configurations/enhancements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide expert guidance, training, and post-go-live support; manage integrations and extensions using SAP Activate methodology.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 8+ years of SAP experience with at least 2 years specifically in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud.
- Hands-on expertise in SAP Service Management processes including Service Orders, Contracts, Billing, and Reporting.
- Experience with SAP Fiori apps for Service Management and knowledge of integration with Sales & Distribution and Finance modules.
- SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud certification (Service or Sales modules) preferred; work location India (Remote or Onsite) as per project needs; 12-month contract duration.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced SAP consultant with proven track record in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementations focusing on Service Management processes.
- Comfortable working in Agile environments following SAP Activate methodology and collaborating with global, remote or hybrid teams.
- Has prior exposure or strong interest in professional services, manufacturing, or field service industries and familiarity with SAP BTP, Key User Extensibility, or Integration Suite.
