About This Role
- Own end-to-end IT recruitment lifecycle for C2C, C2H, and FTE roles including niche technical positions like NextJS developer, AEM Architect, and Salesforce engineer.
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates using job portals such as Naukri and LinkedIn, and build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers, and maintain recruitment metrics and candidate databases.
Minimum Requirements
- 1-3 years of proven experience in IT recruitment covering C2C, C2H, and full-time employment roles.
- Strong understanding of technical skills, hiring trends, and sourcing strategies relevant to IT recruitment.
- Must be located in Jaipur and willing to work from the office.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills required; ability to operate in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

- Experience recruiting for both generic and niche IT roles, indicating familiarity with diverse technical requirements.
