About This Role
- Own and manage the entire SAP S/4 HANA implementation project lifecycle for the Indonesia rollout, including planning, execution, cutover, go-live, and hypercare phases.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans aligning with global PMO standards and tools; lead project management activities such as RAID management, status reporting, and stakeholder communications.
- Coordinate and oversee matrixed teams across business processes, data, change management, testing, and technical functions while managing risks and ensuring integration between global program and local business needs.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years of project management experience with proven full-cycle SAP implementation delivery.
- Prior experience rolling out SAP in Indonesia is mandatory.
- Familiarity with global PMO tools and standards (e.g., ADO, Smartsheet, SharePoint, RAID management).
- Preferably based in Indonesia; candidates located in India with willingness to travel to Indonesia will also be considered.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in leading complex, matrixed teams across multiple SAP implementation workstreams and diverse stakeholder groups.
- Strong operational focus on managing end-to-end SAP deployment lifecycle phases including cutover and hypercare.
- Comfortable operating within global program standards and integrating them with local business requirements and leadership communication.
