About This Role
- Manage end-to-end SAP MDG design and build including requirements gathering, data model configuration, workflows/UI setup, and stakeholder validation.
- Oversee data conversion including development of mapping rules, templates, migration programs, and execution of data mock-load cycles to ensure quality and defect resolution.
- Coordinate production cutover loads for go-live, maintain integrated project plans with dependencies across streams, govern data deliverables and third-party tools, and manage budget, resource planning, and risk escalation.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of SAP S/4HANA data-migration & MDG implementation experience with hands-on configuration and conversion execution.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
- PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred; familiarity with PM tools like Azure DevOps (ADO), SmartSheet.
- Strong understanding of ETL processes, data reconciliation techniques, and data-quality frameworks.
