About This Role
- Own end-to-end execution of regional merger integration plans aligned with global milestones across APAC.
- Manage project plans including risk, issue, and dependency tracking (RAID) and coordinate with cross-functional, global teams.
- Deliver status reports, governance updates, escalate issues, and drive stakeholder accountability through structured follow-ups.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 10 years project management experience in large-scale transformation or integration programs.
- Experience managing RAID (risks, issues, dependencies) and execution tracking.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate with global stakeholders across multiple geographies.
- Work timings require overlap with US EST hours: 3:00 PM - 12:00 AM IST.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience specifically in post-merger integration or integration management office (IMO) roles.
- Strong background in business or process integration programs, excluding IT or SAP project management.
- Familiarity with tools such as Smartsheet, MS Project, JIRA, or Azure DevOps for project tracking and reporting.
