About This Role
- Lead end-to-end delivery of PLM projects including scope, schedule, risks, budget, and quality compliance.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (Engineering, R&D, Manufacturing, IT) and manage global remote teams.
- Ensure integration of PLM tools with SAP S/4HANA and monitor project KPIs and vendor coordination.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of experience managing PLM projects, preferably SAP PLM.
- Strong understanding of PLM modules: PDM, ECM, DMS, Variant Configuration, etc.
- PMP or equivalent certification required.
- Remote location based in India.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience in managing global, remote, cross-functional teams and complex PLM integrations.
- Skilled in stakeholder management and communication with executive leadership.
- Familiarity with CAD tool integration, compliance, and quality systems within PLM projects.
