About This Role
- Manage Agile project delivery for SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) implementations including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and reporting using JIRA.
- Break down business requirements into actionable user stories with acceptance criteria and coordinate progress among Commerce Cloud developers, CPQ developers, testers, and integration teams.
- Serve as primary communication point for project reporting, stakeholder updates, risk tracking, and cross-team collaboration including UAT and release readiness.
Minimum Requirements
- 8-12 years of overall experience with Project Management responsibilities.
- Strong functional understanding of SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) modules and processes.
- Hands-on experience using JIRA for story creation, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and reporting.
- Experience leading cross-functional Agile teams involving developers and testers.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing digital commerce programs with cross-functional agile teams, indicating ability to handle complex enterprise delivery.
- Skilled in breaking down functional business requirements into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Comfortable coordinating across multiple technical teams (Commerce Cloud, CPQ, integration) and managing project risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.
