About This Role
- Execute assigned business processes adhering to quality standards and process SOPs under mentor/lead supervision.
- Identify process issues and perform proactive analysis to propose solutions or improvements, including creating process-related reports within expected timeframes.
- Maintain compliance with quality metrics and uphold First Time Right (FTR) culture while handling orders.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum education of Diploma or Graduate in Commerce, Art, or Business Administration with at least 15 years of formal education.
- Professional work experience of 1 year in a related role.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and fundamental understanding of Mortgage and Accounting principles.
- Work Experience Required: Minimum 1 year professional experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Familiarity with mortgage and title insurance domain or related business applications.
- Capable of analyzing process gaps and recommending improvements such as Kaizens.
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools, processes, and controls within defined training timelines.
