About This Role
- Drive complex cross-functional engineering programs and releases from conception through deployment within the R&D organization.
- Define and manage program governance, prioritize scope and schedule, and provide executive reports on program performance to senior management.
- Lead operational reviews and critical cross-functional meetings to ensure alignment and drive process improvements across teams.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- 3-7+ years of experience in project or program management within R&D or technology-driven environments.
- Strong program management, leadership skills with influence at all levels, and understanding of cloud computing, SaaS models, and software development lifecycle.
- In-office presence required 3+ days per week; proficiency with data analysis tools (Google Sheets, Excel, Tableau, Power BI) and demonstrated AI literacy with ability to integrate AI tools into workflows.
