About This Role
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise Power BI dashboards, reports, semantic models, and analytics solutions supporting business intelligence requirements.
- Build and optimize reports and data models integrating data from Dynamics 365 CRM, Finance & Operations, Dataverse, SQL, APIs, and other enterprise sources.
- Manage Power BI environment aspects including security, governance (RLS), performance tuning, and provide L2/L3 support and troubleshooting.
Minimum Requirements
- 6-10 years of experience in business intelligence and analytics development.
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Power BI including DAX, Power Query, semantic modeling, and enterprise reporting.
- Hands-on experience with Power Platform components: Power Apps, Power Automate, Microsoft Dataverse, and integration with Dynamics 365 CRM/Finance.
- Work Experience Required: 6-10 years in power BI/Power Platform development with Dynamics 365 domain experience explicitly required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in complex data modeling, advanced DAX calculations, and performance optimization of large enterprise datasets.
- Proficient in implementing governance, security (Row-Level Security), CI/CD, and production support processes in Power BI and Power Platform environments.
- Capable of collaborating with cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, architects, data engineers, and mentoring junior developers.
