About This Role
- Own and communicate the product vision and roadmap for migration to strategic data warehousing solutions on Google Cloud, ensuring alignment with business priorities and regulatory requirements.
- Drive transition efforts including integration points, decommissioning timelines, MVP delivery plans, and platform onboarding to ensure operational continuity.
- Lead Agile adoption and continuous improvement efforts across teams with cross-functional stakeholder collaboration and regular progress tracking to resolve blockers and adjust scope.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years experience as Product Owner in Agile environments.
- 8+ years experience in data warehousing projects executed on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent with finance, mathematics, or engineering minor.
- Strong stakeholder management skills proven by successful delivery of large-scale regulatory, risk or transformation programs.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing complex, multi-stakeholder Agile product roadmaps focused on regulatory compliance and data solutions in financial services.
- Technical expertise in data warehousing concepts and GCP tools such as BigQuery, Cloud SQL, Cloud Composer, GKE, DataProc pipelines, and Python.
- Demonstrated leadership in virtual and matrixed teams with strong communication across seniority levels and ability to drive technical and business alignment.
