About This Role
- Serve as a consultant specializing in IT Service Management using BMC tools such as BMC Remedy ITSM, BMC Control M, Automation, and Assurance after initial 3-6 months niche technology training.
- Manage server (Windows, Non-windows) and desktop administration, including patching, hardening, and application monitoring using relevant tools.
- Travel and relocate as required by project demands across India or other locations.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of professional experience, including at least 5 years working specifically with BMC Tools.
- Bachelor's degree in IT/Computer Science or equivalent (B.E/B.Tech/MCA).
- Certification in any one of ITIL, COBIT 5, ISMS, ISO, IEC 27000, or BMC is mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills required; willing to travel and relocate as needed.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced with BMC ITSM and related BMC tools in consulting or development roles within IT Service Management.
- Comfortable managing and troubleshooting both server and desktop environments, including security hardening and monitoring.
- Adaptable to client-site work mode and frequent travel, demonstrating readiness to learn new skills and tools in dynamic project settings.
