About This Role
- Lead engineering on a multi-year modernization and migration of middle-office applications to AWS, focusing on hands-on full stack development, primarily ReactJS front ends and DevOps pipelines.
- Set standards for architecture, code quality, testing, and release; own technical delivery plans, estimates, and release quality; lead cutover and handover to run teams.
- Implement and manage AI-augmented delivery models to accelerate development, including building AI agent workflows and tracking AI productivity with adherence to risk and governance policies.
Minimum Requirements
- 12+ years in software engineering, actively coding, with 5+ years leading engineering teams on modernization or cloud migration programs.
- Strong ReactJS skills including hooks, TypeScript, Redux or similar, and testing frameworks (Jest/React Testing Library).
- DevOps experience with CI/CD tools (Harness, Jenkins, GitHub Actions), Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes/ECS/EKS, and AWS compute, networking, IAM, managed services with HA/DR design.
- Proven hands-on experience using AI coding assistants and agents in delivery with measurable results; experience delivering in regulated financial services environment.

- Deep expertise in ReactJS front end architecture and DevOps automation for enterprise-grade applications.
