About This Role
- Develop and deliver complex ReactJS/TypeScript front-end applications for trade processing and operations monitoring with real-time data updates using WebSockets and Server-Sent Events.
- Own front-end integration with back-end services over REST APIs and manage state, performance, and accessibility standards across the team.
- Lead front-end standards, tooling setup (npm/pnpm, Vite), AI-assisted development, code reviews, and mentoring other developers to ensure quality and productivity.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years in software development with 5+ years of production ReactJS experience.
- Strong expertise in ReactJS hooks, context, component design, TypeScript (including API contract typing), modern JavaScript, WebSocket and SSE integrations, REST API consumption and contract design.
- Experience with build tooling using npm/pnpm and Vite, and testing frameworks Jest/Vitest and React Testing Library plus end-to-end frameworks.
- Work Experience Required: 8+ years software development with 5+ years ReactJS front-end development

- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain high-performance, data-heavy, real-time front-end applications in financial or similarly complex domains.
- Experience working with backend teams using Java/Spring Boot, WebSocket/STOMP, and integration of streaming technologies like Kafka.
- Proven leadership in front-end standards, developer mentoring, use of AI coding tools for productivity, and delivering stable production applications on schedule.
