About This Role
- Lead and manage multiple client relationships and projects within the electronic discovery (eDiscovery) industry ensuring high-quality service delivery.
- Act as primary liaison for key clients, driving client satisfaction through proactive communication and coordination of deliverables during U.S. business hours including weekend coverage.
- Maintain accurate project status records, manage project schedules, and escalate client issues promptly to senior management.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Technology, Law, or an equivalent discipline.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in eDiscovery Client Services or eDiscovery consulting required.
- Must be willing to work U.S. business hours with flexibility to work on weekends as needed.
- Strong oral and written communication skills with demonstrated success managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced leader in eDiscovery project management with ability to build trust-based client relationships and manage complex projects in fast-paced environments.
- Capable of independently driving service delivery while collaborating with internal teams and senior management.
- Skilled in database design, data processing, legal document review requirements, and financial/billing review related to project management.
