About This Role
- Lead and deliver strategic transformation and ERP projects (SAP BRIM, SAP S/4HANA Finance) for the Customer Financial Services team from planning through closure, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
- Manage project plans, risks, dependencies, Jira setup and Agile ceremonies including PI planning; coordinate cross-functional teams across India and the US.
- Act as product manager/product owner for initiatives, define vision, manage backlogs, deliver executive reports, and support PMO process improvements and mentoring.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (Master's/MBA is a plus).
- Minimum 8 years professional experience with at least 5 years managing IT projects/programs involving ERP systems (SAP exposure valuable).
- Strong expertise in Agile and Waterfall delivery methods, hands-on Jira management, Agile/Scrum facilitation, and scaled Agile frameworks (SAFe).
- Willingness to work overlapping hours with US teams; excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing large-scale, complex ERP and cross-functional IT projects involving distributed teams across time zones.
- Capable of balancing technical coordination (ERP integrations, software development interfaces) with business-oriented product management and stakeholder communication.
- Comfortable operating in mixed Agile/Waterfall environments and leading scaled Agile practices such as PI planning, with familiarity in finance/order-to-cash processes.
