About This Role
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable mobile applications using Flutter and Kotlin-based Android native components.
- Build and optimize Flutter-to-Native Android integrations using platform channels and SDKs, ensuring secure coding and application security compliance.
- Analyze, troubleshoot and resolve issues across Flutter, Dart, native Android, and SDK layers, while contributing to code reviews and architectural best practices.
Minimum Requirements
- 4-8 years of experience in Flutter and Android native development using Kotlin.
- Bachelor's degree or higher (B.E./B.Tech/MCA/MBA/MS) in a professional qualification.
- Strong hands-on expertise with Flutter/Dart and native Android integration.
- Location: Bengaluru with occasional client travel; hybrid working model.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Demonstrated ability to work across Flutter and native Android layers with strong debugging and problem-solving skills spanning multiple technology stacks.
- Experience with application security, encryption, secure storage, and secure network communication within mobile apps.
- Background or familiarity with banking, fintech, payments, UPI, or other security-sensitive mobile applications.
