About This Role
- Own end-to-end implementation, operation, and continuous evolution of Haleon’s global ERP platform spanning SAP RISE, SAP BTP, Azure, and hybrid architectures.
- Lead platform governance including security, compliance, availability, patching, upgrades, and vulnerability management across the full ERP technology stack (Applications, SAP Basis, Databases, OS, Cloud Infrastructure).
- Manage service providers and critical incident escalations to ensure operational excellence of a large-scale global ERP estate supporting business continuity and transformation.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years of experience managing large global ERP estates (100+ instances), including SAP ECC, S/4HANA (RISE), SAP BTP, and Azure cloud hosting.
- Expertise in SAP BTP administration, governance, database administration (Oracle/HANA), and ERP platform security and compliance (SOX, ITGC, audit).
- Proven track record in SAP cloud transformations, ERP migrations, platform modernization, and operational governance.
- Experience working with globally distributed teams and managed service providers; experience in pharmaceutical or regulated industries preferred.

- Strong operational and governance mindset with ability to handle critical escalations and communicate effectively with executive leadership.
- Experienced in driving platform modernization, security hardening, and compliance programs in regulated or highly controlled environments.
