About This Role
- Lead and manage a team of Network Engineers during designated shifts in a 24/7 operational environment.
- Oversee and coordinate major incident management activities including timely resolution, communication, and incident analysis.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain network infrastructure to ensure smooth operations and compliance with SLAs and security protocols.
Minimum Requirements
- 5-6 years of experience in network operations or relevant domain.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications such as CCNA or CCNP required.
- Experience with ITIL-based Incident, Change, Problem, and Major Incident Management processes.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced leader in network operations with prior supervisory or shift lead experience.
- Strong technical skills in network monitoring tools (e.g., LogicMonitor, Splunk), firewalls (Palo Alto), VPN, routing, and troubleshooting tools (Wireshark, ping, traceroute).
- Proven ability to manage high-pressure incidents, coordinate cross-functional teams, and deliver clear communication during outages.
