About This Role
- Manage the end-to-end intake, tracking, coordination, and closure of pole violation work across multiple specialized systems.
- Ensure workflow progression, documentation quality, system data accuracy, and backlog reduction with clear audit trails for compliance.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with engineering, field operations, vendors, and finance to manage high-volume violation queues and resolve bottlenecks efficiently.
Minimum Requirements
- 8-12 years of relevant work experience.
- Hands-on experience with Palantir Violations Manager and/or AldenOne required; familiarity with NJUNS, SPANS, CMS, JRM, Sitetracker, Fireworks/Bidmaster, SAP/APay preferred.
- Experience in pole violations, joint-use operations, utility pole attachments, make-ready work, or OSP operations mandatory.
- Work location must be Bangalore or Noida; shift timing 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM IST.

- Detail-oriented with ability to handle high-volume, complex workflow management and multi-system coordination.
