About This Role
- Owns and leads multiple product initiatives for the data platform, driving adoption of data mesh framework and platform capabilities that support data pipelines, ML workflows, and developer productivity.
- Acts as a key liaison between vertical market groups, Centers of Excellence, and engineering teams to balance customer needs with business goals and financial considerations.
- Provides guidance on product strategy, prioritization, and collaboration across engineering, design, program management, and stakeholders throughout the product development cycle.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Product Management.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
- Prior experience in engineering, data engineering, platform architecture, or technical product management for internal engineering teams.
- Familiarity with MLOps concepts and platform tools relevant to model lifecycle management, deployment, monitoring, and governance.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in building platform capabilities primarily consumed by engineering or analytical teams, comfortable leading multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Skilled at influencing cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and program management to drive results and execute product strategy effectively.
- Pragmatic understanding of technology and platform tooling in data and ML environments, with familiarity in agile methodologies and tools such as ADLS, Microsoft Fabric, and Databricks as a plus.
