About This Role
- Own and manage a portfolio of global insurance clients focused on US and Canada markets, ensuring operational excellence and seamless client experience.
- Drive end-to-end portfolio management including monitoring outstanding statements, managing cash flow, escalating issues, and meeting KPIs with a focus on Ease of Doing Business.
- Collaborate cross-functionally and globally to support client administration, coordinate accounting matters, deliver client training, participate in UAT, and champion continuous improvement and process enhancements.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- 4-5 years of relevant professional experience demonstrating outstanding performance.
- Proficiency in Advanced Excel and Microsoft Power BI for data handling and portfolio steering.
- Strong understanding of reinsurance concepts and financial accounting fundamentals.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing portfolios within mid-market or facultative reinsurance or related financial services, with operational ownership over client accounts.
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, multicultural, virtual team environments involving multiple stakeholders across geographies.
- Aptitude for quantitative and analytical work with proficiency in advanced data tools and a mindset geared towards continuous process improvement.
