About This Role
- Oversee administration, security, and governance of enterprise IT ecosystem including Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Intune, and network infrastructure.
- Manage user and asset lifecycle with focus on access governance, privileged access management (PAM), MFA, Conditional Access, and Zero Trust controls.
- Ensure operational resilience through compliance adherence, backup and disaster recovery management, enterprise application support, and vendor relationship management.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related discipline.
- 5-8 years of experience in IT Operations, Enterprise Systems Administration, Infrastructure Management, or Information Security Operations.
- Mandatory skills: Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Active Directory, Exchange Online, IAM, Conditional Access, MFA, PAM, DLP, DPDPA Controls, Windows Server, Network Administration, Backup and Recovery, IT Governance and Reporting.
- Experience in compliance-driven or regulated enterprise platform environments preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced L2/L3 technology professional capable of managing business-critical and compliance-driven IT systems.
- Proven ability in operational governance, vendor management, and process optimization within enterprise IT.
- Strong expertise in security compliance including incident response, audit readiness, and vulnerability remediation.
