About This Role
- Identify, onboard, and manage freelance trainers for cloud and technology training programs.
- Maintain trainer database including certifications, skills, availability, and track utilization and performance.
- Coordinate deployment of trainers with Sales, Training, and Operations teams and generate reports on trainer metrics.
Minimum Requirements
- 2-6 years experience in trainer sourcing, recruitment, or training operations with experience sourcing freelance trainers.
- Strong LinkedIn sourcing, networking, and stakeholder management skills.
- Any Graduate or Postgraduate degree; MBA/PGDM in HR/Operations preferred.
- Location: Bengaluru, India (Work from Office).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing freelance trainers or consultants within IT or cloud training domains.
- Operational focus on trainer sourcing, onboarding, compliance, and performance tracking.
- Familiarity with cloud training ecosystems (Microsoft, AWS, Google) and vendor management.
