About This Role
- Plan material requirements and procure materials and services to support manufacturing needs.
- Raise and manage purchase orders, run MRP, and ensure timely availability of components to meet production schedules and customer commitments.
- Monitor supplier performance, coordinate cross-functionally, and resolve supplier quality, delivery, and invoice issues while maintaining optimum inventory and safety stock levels.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Commerce, or related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in procurement, planning, or supply chain operations.
- Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle or SAP.
- On-site role based in Pune.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Operationally focused with experience managing end-to-end procurement and supply planning in a manufacturing environment.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with manufacturing, quality, engineering, logistics, and sourcing teams.
- Experienced in using ERP systems for material requirements planning and purchase order management, with strong analytical and communication skills.
