About This Role
- Lead testing and automation for Amazon Connect IVR and contact center applications ensuring high-quality software releases.
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites using Cyara and custom Node.js automation frameworks.
- Execute comprehensive testing across multiple environments (Dev, QA, UAT, Production) including integration of automation in CI/CD pipelines.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of software quality assurance experience with at least 3 years in IVR or contact center testing.
- Hands-on experience testing Amazon Connect solutions and creating automated IVR test scripts using Cyara.
- Experience developing automation frameworks using Node.js and testing REST APIs with tools like Postman.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in Agile/Scrum environments collaborating with cross-functional teams (Product Managers, Developers, DevOps).
- Capable of root cause analysis and defect management maintaining quality mindset and continuous improvement.
- Familiarity with AWS services, contact center KPIs, and web automation tools like Selenium or Playwright preferred for deeper integration and comprehensive testing.
