About This Role
- Support Production Accountant by gathering and organizing production and finance data to prepare revenue recognition, tax credit claims, client invoicing, and reports.
- Reconcile payroll and project costs, maintain cost and estimate databases, and assist with project actuals tracking against budgets and forecasts.
- Assist with month-end and year-end close activities and prepare ad hoc and recurring reports following established processes under supervision.
Minimum Requirements
- Degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 4 to 7 years of experience in accounting, financial analysis, project accounting, audit or related area.
- Experience with ERP or accounting systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Tally) and strong Excel skills.
- Work Timing: Global Shift timing including Late Evening / Night Shifts.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Detail-oriented and consistent professional comfortable with structured, recurring tasks under guidance.
- Experience or familiarity with project-based industries such as visual effects, animation, media, construction, or engineering is preferred.
- Comfortable working remotely with managers in different time zones and handling multiple concurrent requests.
