About This Role
- Lead and manage multiple concurrent VMware infrastructure implementation projects for enterprise customers.
- Serve as the primary delivery contact interfacing with customers and internal teams to translate requirements into actionable project plans.
- Oversee project schedules, risks, resources, escalations and ensure delivery meets timelines, quality standards, and customer acceptance criteria.
Minimum Requirements
- 10-15+ years of work experience in enterprise IT infrastructure project management.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with VMware technologies including vSphere/ESXi/vCenter, vSAN, and NSX.
- Strong customer-facing skills and stakeholder management experience.

- Experienced in managing and delivering complex, multi-project VMware infrastructure implementations in enterprise environments.
- Skilled at interfacing with architecture and engineering teams to drive successful technical delivery.
- Capable of proactively identifying and resolving project risks, technical blockers, and scope changes under customer and leadership scrutiny.
