About This Role
- Manage India's cash flow, liquidity planning, and working capital to ensure adequate funding and minimize idle cash.
- Lead banking relationships, negotiate terms, ensure regulatory compliance, and oversee forex exposure and hedging strategies.
- Support business growth via treasury policy communication, intercompany funding management, and influencing CFO/FD decisions on treasury matters.
Minimum Requirements
- 11-15 years experience in corporate treasury, cash management, or similar finance role.
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) required; Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) qualification is a strong plus.
- Strong knowledge of RBI regulations, FEMA compliance, local banking practices, and forex hedging instruments.
- Experience with Treasury Management Systems (e.g., IT/2) and managing banking relationships is highly desirable.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in multi-currency, multi-entity global organizations handling cash and forex risk management.
- Skilled in stakeholder management and communication, able to build relationships with CFOs/FDs in diverse networks.
- Familiar with treasury systems and analytics tools (Power BI experience is a plus) and has strategic exposure to regulatory and financial product impacts.
