About This Role
- Design, develop, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions including Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components, and Visualforce pages.
- Lead end-to-end Salesforce development efforts from requirements analysis to deployment, including system integration using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.
- Optimize platform performance, enforce coding standards, conduct code reviews, and mentor junior developers on best practices and Salesforce architecture.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong proficiency in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Lightning Web Components, JavaScript, and experience with Salesforce integrations.
- Work Location: Pune, India (Work from home).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in technical leadership roles with skills in strategic solution design and platform governance.
- Proficient in Salesforce data modeling, security, sharing rules, and integration platforms like MuleSoft is a plus.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology and DevOps tools such as Copado or Gearset.
