About This Role
- Monitor and analyse daily flight performance to identify delay causes and communicate findings to the OTP team.
- Coordinate with various airline departments (engineering maintenance, crew scheduling, airport services) to resolve operational issues affecting on-time performance.
- Lead or support initiatives and projects aimed at improving schedule reliability and overall OTP.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (BCOM/BSc) with Physics and Math at HSC/Standard 12th level.
- Experience in data analysis using tools like Excel, SQL, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Prior experience in Airline Operations or OTP Analysis preferred.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including 24/7 operational hours.

- Analytical professional comfortable working with complex data to drive OTP improvements.
