About This Role
- Prepare and manage export-related documentation including dock receipts, bills of lading, and Shippers Export Declarations (SEDs).
- Track and trace cargo to ensure proper movement and delivery, and coordinate communication regarding freight disposition with clients, vendors, and internal branches.
- Provide accurate billing information to the accounting department and optimize shipment modes for profitability while meeting client requirements.
Minimum Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED is mandatory.
- Minimum 7 years of related experience; minimum 5 years in the industry preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Knowledge of Import/Export industry preferred but not mandatory.

- Experienced in freight logistics with strong understanding of export documentation and cargo tracking.
- Demonstrates effective communication skills with clients, vendors, and internal teams for operational coordination.
