About This Role
- Own end-to-end delivery of primary and secondary projects including planning, scope, timeline, budget, quality, and launch across multiple departments.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (designers, developers, partners) ensuring workflow sequencing and early risk resolution with escalation only for clear recommendations.
- Lead QA processes ensuring product quality before client delivery, manage status communication with clients and internal teams, and develop project management systems and processes continuously.
Minimum Requirements
- 6 to 8 years of project management experience managing complex web and app projects in venture studios, agencies, or product teams.
- Mandatory experience delivering projects for international clients across multiple time zones.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, capable of clear status updates and documentation for non-technical stakeholders.
- Technical proficiency understanding website and app development, ability to read technical specs, experience with tools like Slack, Figma, Linear, GitHub, and knowledge of Agile, Scrum, QA testing, and bug tracking workflows.
