About This Role
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to ensure accurate financial planning and cost control across cost-centers and profit-centers.
- Evaluate and approve capital expenditures, develop financial models to assess investment viability, and drive financial governance and risk mitigation.
- Partner with business functions to provide financial insights, support process and system improvements in controlling, and oversee management reporting and internal controls.
Minimum Requirements
- 8–13 years of experience in controlling, management accounting, corporate finance, or cost control roles in Indian or multinational companies.
- Professional qualification required: CA or CMA strongly preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP CO-PA) and controlling/budgeting tools.
- Experience with BI/visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) is a plus but not mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced finance professional with deep knowledge of P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, and cost accounting in manufacturing or similar sectors.
- Demonstrated ability to turn financial data into actionable business insights and influence decision-making at leadership levels.
- Strong governance mindset with capability to enforce internal controls, financial discipline, and compliance within complex organizations.
