About This Role
- Manage end-to-end US payroll processing including employee data management, payroll inputs, calculation, audit, and balancing.
- Communicate effectively with customers via calls or emails to resolve queries related to payroll.
- Review payroll reports and assist in production related to business requirements, ensuring compliance with payroll cycles and regulations.
Minimum Requirements
- 2 to 4 years of experience in the Payroll domain, preferably US payroll.
- Educational qualifications: Accounting Degree/Commerce Graduate/MBA (Finance)/CA (Intermediate)/ICWA (Intermediate).
- Working knowledge of R12/SAP is preferable.
- Good knowledge of Excel and accounting principles.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in payroll processing with a focus on accuracy and compliance, especially Gross to Pay calculations and audit.
- Comfortable working US night shifts and handling customer communication in English with good spoken and written proficiency.
- Familiarity with payroll tools and software, preferably R12/SAP, and able to assist with business requirement changes effectively.
