About This Role
- Manage QA projects for digital publishing campaigns within existing programs, ensuring compliance with quality standards.
- Track and report key project-level QA metrics (Internal/External QA Scores, QC Sampling Rate) and communicate status to leadership up to L7 level.
- Develop and maintain SOPs and quality resources, identify risks, drive resolution, and contribute to process improvements and team knowledge sharing.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in quality assurance or related operational area.
- Experience with quality assurance processes, audit methodologies, and project management tools (e.g., Salesforce, Asana).
- Role is onsite in Chennai for a 3-month contract.
