About This Role
- Lead new product development projects for OE customers, managing project charter, schedule, risks, costs, and budgeting.
- Ensure achievement of project KPIs including on-time delivery, specification, quality, budget/profit, and customer satisfaction.
- Manage interface between customer and project team, lead project team, handle stakeholder and change management, and coordinate audits and approvals.
Minimum Requirements
- Engineering degree (BE) mandatory.
- 5-7 years of experience in project management, key account management, engineering, or manufacturing required.
- Automotive industry experience preferred, especially working with OEM customers.
- Critical skills include basics of automotive and brake systems; excellent communication and commercial aptitude required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing complex product development projects within automotive OEM environment.
- Demonstrates strong analytical, negotiation, and influencing skills relevant to project and customer management.
- Familiarity with Bosch project management methodologies and PMI certification is advantageous.
