About This Role
- Participate in full software development lifecycle including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment of web-based Java applications.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code adhering to best practices and standards while leveraging AI-assisted coding tools for productivity.
- Develop and maintain automated unit and integration tests; collaborate with cross-functional teams to release high-quality software and integrate LLM-based solutions (GPT‑4/5).
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Java 8+, Spring, Hibernate, SQL Server, and related technologies for web-based application development.
- Proficient with object-oriented programming, unit testing, automated test frameworks, and version control systems like Git or SVN.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in working in agile teams delivering innovative software solutions across multiple technologies.
- Has practical knowledge of AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot) and LLM integration to enhance product features.
- Comfortable contributing to continuous integration pipelines and collaborating closely with QA and Product teams to maintain software quality.
