About This Role
- Manage and achieve sales targets within the assigned area focusing on automobile shops (Battery, Tyre, Lubricant, Bike Car Care).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and retailers, expanding the retailer network and increasing product sales.
- Monitor market activities, gather feedback, ensure product availability, and keep retailers updated on products, offers, and services.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- Fresher or minimum six months of experience; proven experience in a field sales role in the Non-FMCG sector is an added advantage.
- Must have a two-wheeler for commuting.
- Job location is in Pashchim Bardhaman.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience or familiarity with sales targeting automobile shops (Battery, Tyre, Lubricant, Bike Car Care) is preferred.
- Operational focus on managing field sales activities including relationship building and market monitoring.
- Comfortable working in a field role requiring personal two-wheeler use in Pashchim Bardhaman area.
