About This Role
- Support Production Accountant by gathering, validating, and organizing financial and project data for multiple studio locations.
- Prepare revenue recognition calculations, tax credit claims, client invoicing, and ad hoc financial reports following established policies.
- Assist in month-end and year-end project accounting close activities and maintain accuracy in project cost and estimate databases.
Minimum Requirements
- Degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance or related field.
- 4 to 7 years of experience in accounting, financial analysis, project accounting, audit, or related area.
- Experience with ERP or accounting systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Tally) and strong Excel skills.
- Work timing includes global shift timing with late evening/night shifts.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced professional comfortable with detailed, recurring financial tasks in a structured environment under guidance.
- Familiarity or interest in visual effects, animation, media, or project-based industries (construction, engineering, professional services) is advantageous.
- Ability to work remotely with managers in different time zones and handle multiple simultaneous requests consistently.
