About This Role
- Engineer, maintain, and enhance high performance, secure software solutions within a feature team.
- Own the full software development lifecycle including development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and analysts to optimize software engineering processes and deliver complex business value.
Minimum Requirements
- 4 to 7 years of experience in Java development.
- Strong knowledge and minimum 2 years hands-on experience with Java 17, Spring Boot, JPA, Hibernate, and Microservices.
- Hands-on experience with Maven, JUnit, Mockito, Oracle SQL, GitLab, and Jenkins.
- Knowledge of Java design patterns and OAuth 2.0 security; experience with Pivotal Cloud Foundry (PCF) and AWS/Google Cloud Platform is desirable but not mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in fast-paced agile teams owning end-to-end software delivery for business-critical applications.
- Proficient in modern Java ecosystem including advanced features of Java 17 and Spring Boot for scalable microservices.
- Capable of working collaboratively across multiple stakeholders including architects and business analysts to deliver robust solutions.
