About This Role
- Support program operations by tracking and analyzing KPIs such as completion rates, participation, and turnaround time.
- Maintain and manage dashboards and reports using Google Sheets and MS Excel to enable data-driven decision-making.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and process improvement opportunities, ensuring data accuracy and timely deliverables through coordination with stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical field.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets and MS Excel.
- Work Experience Required: Prior internship or project experience in Program Management, Operations, or Analytics.
- Location: Bengaluru; Employment Type: 6-month internship; 6 working days per week.

- Analytical and detail-oriented with strong logical reasoning and structured problem-solving skills.
- Experienced in program operations or analytics with ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment with ownership and accountability.
