About This Role
- Lead design, development, and delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performance full-stack applications.
- Mentor and guide the development team to ensure best practices, coding standards, and secure DevSecOps processes are followed.
- Own technical roadmap, architecture decisions, and oversee incident management and production support.
Minimum Requirements
- 8 to 12 years of experience in web software development with leadership capabilities.
- 6+ years hands-on experience with SQL Server and database optimization.
- Strong expertise in scalable architecture design, secure coding, DevSecOps practices, and Azure cloud services.
- Work Experience Required: 8 to 12 years in software development.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced full-stack developer with proven leadership managing Agile teams and mentoring developers.
- Background in integrating DevSecOps within CI/CD pipelines and embedding security tools like SonarQube and Snyk.
- Capable of translating complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions with cloud (Azure) and AI-assisted development experience.
