About This Role
- Own implementation and optimization of PostgreSQL functions, stored procedures, and scalable data access layers using Entity Framework Core and Npgsql.
- Responsible for code quality through effective code reviews, automated unit testing, troubleshooting, and bug fixes in production.
- Translate requirements into backend features, write technical design documents, estimate tasks, and lead some feature demos.
Minimum Requirements
- 5-8 years of professional experience in backend development.
- Strong experience with C#, .NET 10, ASP.NET Core (MVC and Web API), and Entity Framework Core.
- Expertise in PostgreSQL including SQL, functions, stored procedures, indexing, schema design, and performance tuning using native tools.
- Must be located in Chennai or surrounding areas and willing to work in-office.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced with web application architecture fundamentals and able to implement scalable, secure backend systems.
- Proficient in performance tuning and optimization of both .NET and PostgreSQL environments.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, multi-tasking environment requiring context-switching and collaboration within engaged teams.
